I’m Stacie Rogers, a long-time practicing student of meditation and mindfulness. In 2016, after various certifications, I began teaching these skills and techniques to individuals, groups and companies. My meditation journey sprouted from my desire to become healthier, happier and more present in my life. Practicing meditation has helped transform me into a more positive, productive and peaceful person, and I would be so happy to share its benefits with you. My techniques are simple and easy to integrate into your daily life, no matter how busy you are. Join me today to start your transformative journey.
