Feel that something is missing in your life?  Join our wonderful community of people on a journey of self-awareness and self-discovery through a consistent wellness practice based in meditation, mindfulness and more. We meet weekly online via zoom.  If you miss a session you will have access to the recording. 

beginner classes

Anyone can meditate but sometimes starting is the hardest part. I’m here to help you through personalized guidance and attention that will support your practice. Level 1 & 2 sessions will give you the tools to meditate with ease and implement consistent wellness practices. The teachings are based on the Simple Easy Every Day: SEED Meditations ™.

Meditation Class

Duration:  Level 1 & 2 sessions are held on a weekly basis for 4-6 weeks, including teachings, guided practices and Q&A with handouts of tools to practice each week.
