Before I took your class, I had made a few attempts at learning meditation and failed each time. However, as the Covid crisis elevated, so did my job stress, my anxiety and my blood pressure so I decided to give your sessions a try.  I am actually surprised a year later I am still sticking with it and that is only because you are a fantastic teacher.  You must spend an enormous amount of time preparing for each class as they are well structured, varied and fun. Each week during meditation my heart rate goes down, since I measure it afterwards. I even really enjoy the wrap up poems, chimes, optional discussions and suggested homework.

The one positive outcome from our pandemic lockdown has been taking your M&M classes in cyberspace.  They have educated me, entertained me, enlightened me and helped maintained my sanity during a very challenging time. You are a fantastic teacher. I am appreciative to be able to view my life from a clearer and more compassionate perspective.  Thank you.
